The group will take the stage on June 21st at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light, followed by a show at Etihad Stadium in Manchester the following day. The Boss and his band will be making a highly anticipated appearance June 24th at the Isle of Wight Festival. He is also scheduled to take the stage at London’s Hyde Park as part of the Hard Rock Calling on July 14th.
It is anticipated that more shows will be added to both Springsteen’s UK and US tour bills in the coming weeks. The group rose to super stardom during the 80s with hit songs such as “Born To Run,” “I’m On Fire,” and “Born In The U.S.A.” The group stormed the nation with “Dancin’ In The Dark.” Springsteen would resurface during the 90s to appear on the soundtrack of the films ‘Jerry Maguire’ and ‘Philadelphia.’
