While Bieber found his way to fame by posting videos of himself singing on Youtube. Before he was a teenager, Usher had been the member of performance group NuBeginnings. He was discovered by a talent scout from LaFace, L.A. Reid’s label, when he appeared on ‘Star Search’ at the age of 13. Bieber’s recording contract was also offered by L.A. Reid through Island Records.
