©newsquod.comLady Gaga’s cover of the Christmas classic, “White Christmas,” has been leaked online.
The song, made most famous by singer Bing Crosby, has been covered by countless artists including LeAnn Rimes, Michael Buble, Smokey Robinson, and many other performance artists. Upon realizing the short length of the song, Gaga decided to put her own spin into things by adding an additional verse.
“This song is just too short,” she said, acknowledging the Christmas track as being “beautiful.” “It’s only one verse, so I added an extra one.”
The song is part of a Christmas compilation EP by the singer, ‘A Very Gaga Christmas.’ The mini-album features a total of four songs with “White Christmas,” “Orange Colored Sky,” “You & I,” and “The Edge of Glory.” The other three songs featured on the EP are acoustic versions. ‘A Very Gaga Holiday’ is set to release on November 26th and will be featured for sale on iTunes. Amazon MP3 is taking pre-orders for the release. The album cover features a very toned done, but still beautiful, Gaga than the world is used to seeing.
“White Christmas” is not the first holiday song release for the singer, who released the song “Christmas Tree” featuring Space Cowboy several years ago.
