
Several more performance acts have been added to the Isle of Wight Festival line-up. Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Noah and the Whale, The Vaccines have been confirmed to appear at the festival. Elbow and Biffy Clyro have also been added to the concert bill.
The Isle of Wight Festival will kick off on Friday, June 22nd with Guy Garvey taking the stage. Elbow and Biff Clyro will be welcomed to the stage on Saturday, June 23rd. Noel Gallagher will bring his latest act, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds to the stage on Sunday, June 24th, with Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band wrapping up the festivities the same evening.
Madness, Noah and The Whale, The Vaccines, and Example are also scheduled to take the stage over the course of the weekend.
John Giddings, who organizes the festival, announced his hopes of gathering several popular American acts to headline the music festival. The summer will mark the first time that “The Boss,” Bruce Springsteen, has performed at the show. Giddings also declared his intentions to have “more dance and urban acts” to perform on the festival’s second stage.
The Isle of Wight Festival will run Friday, June 22nd through Sunday, June 24th.
