The Kills Set to Rock at the Warehouse Project

The Kills

The Kills have joined up to add their name to the list of live performances for the Warehouse Project.

On October 15, The Horror will serve as curators for the evening, joined by Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince, who make up The Kills. The Horrors have their own distinct and dark sound, as reflected in their song titles such as “Death at a Chapel” and “Still Life,” while The Kills are largely an alternative rock group.

The Warehouse Project consists of a series of nightclubs that transform into music venues beginning in September and running through New Year’s Eve.

Several of the venues have already sold out including show dates on September 24, October 8, and October 24. Music lovers and fans of Visionquest, Four Tet, Carola, Sven Vath, Nero, and several other groups will be left in disappointment as there are to be no more tickets released for the previously mentioned show dates.

The Kills have enjoyed a successful career. Although having released only four studio albums, the duo’s music has been used in numerous commercials, movies, and popular American television series such as ‘House’ and ‘True Blood.’ The two are known for their very different personalities, as they are known for their seldom granting of interviews, Mosshart’s chain smoking, and Hince’s warm audience welcomes.

The Horrors’ latest album, ‘Skying,’ has reached a great deal of success, reaching the Top 10 on both the UK and Scottish Album Charts.
